Greek Revival
Yield: 12-16 rolls or breadsticks
Ingredients:
- 1 package Chebe mix (7.5 oz or 1 ¾ C)
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp. black olives, sliced or chopped, drained and rinsed
- Water, milk, or milk substitute
Directions: Preheat oven to 375° F
1. Prepare one package of mix according to the package instructions.
2. During the mixing, add olives.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.

Anchovy Italiano
Yield: 12-16 rolls or breadsticks
Ingredients:
- 1 package Chebe mix (7.5 oz or 1 ¾ C)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 C Italian blend shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp. anchovy paste
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Water, milk, or milk substitute
Directions: Preheat oven to 375° F
1. Using a bread dough mixer, or with a spoon blend mix in a bowl with 1 C shredded Italian cheese blend (containing Parmesan, Romano, provolone, mozzarella, or similar cheeses) , 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 tbsp. anchovy paste, 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning. (Slowly add 1/3 C water while mixing.).
2. Mix well with hands for 5 min. or until very smooth and well blended. (Add a little water if too dry; add Chebe mix or food starch if too sticky.) Roll into 20 balls or sticks, place on non-greased baking sheet and bake.

Crab Rolls
Yield: 12 – 16 rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 package Chebe mix (7.5 oz or 1 ¾ C)
- 2 eggs
- Oil
- 1 C Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can drained crab claw meat
- Water, milk, or milk substitute
Directions: Preheat oven to 375° F
1. Prepare one package (7.5 oz. or 1.5 Cups) of mix according to the package instructions adding crab meat.
2. Roll into 12 - 16 balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.

Curry Comforts

- 1 package Chebe mix (7.5 oz or 1 ¾ C)
- 2 eggs
- Oil
- 1 C Shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp. curry
- 1/3 cup chopped onions, sautéed
- Water, milk, or milk substitute
Directions: Preheat oven to 375° F
1. Prepare one package (7.5 oz. or 1.5 Cups) of mix according to the package instructions adding curry and sautéed onions.
2. Roll into 12 - 16 balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
3. Bake for 20 minutes.

Olive & Oregano

Ingredients:
- 1 package Chebe mix (7.5 oz or 1 ¾ C)
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- 1 C. Italian cheese blend
- 2 tbsp. chopped black olives, drained and rinsed
- Water, milk, or milk substitute
Directions: Preheat oven to 375° F
1. Prepare one package of mix according to the package instructions using shredded Italian cheese blend.
2. During the mixing, add chopped black olives and 1/2 tsp. oregano.
3. Bake for 20 minutes

Salsa Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 package Chebe mix (7.5 oz or 1 ¾ C)
- 2 eggs
- Oil
- 1 C. Mexican cheese blend
- 1/3 cup salsa
- Water, milk, or milk substitute
Directions: Preheat oven to 375° F
1. Using a bread dough mixer, or with a spoon blend mix in a bowl with 1 C shredded Mexican cheese blend, 2 eggs, 2 Tbs. oil, and 1/3 C salsa.
2. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 20 minutes.

Spinach Rolls
Yield: 12-16 rolls or breadsticks
Ingredients:
- 1 package Chebe mix (7.5 oz or 1 ¾ C)
- 2 eggs
- Oil
- 1 C. shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp. onion soup mix
- 5 oz. chopped spinach, thawed
- Water, milk, or milk substitute
Directions: Preheat oven to 375° F
1. Using a bread dough mixer, or with a spoon blend mix in a bowl with 1 C shredded cheese blend, 2 eggs, 2 Tbs. oil, onion soup mix, and spinach, adding a little water slowly if necessary, until the dough is smooth and well blended.
2. Roll into balls and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 20 minutes.
